I am Jeremy Collins, owner of Palmetto State Care. I am a South Carolina native, raised in Barnwell County. I am a licensed healthcare worker in good standing with the State of South Carolina. My clinical experience includes memory care, medical-surgical care, critical care, short-term & long-term care, palliative care, and comfort care.
